They’ve had chance after chance to keep a contender but have made poor decisions for several years now. Allowed Freddie to walk, traded away Contreras for no reason, allowed Fried to walk instead of trading away some positional players to make it work, allowed Snitker to mismanage game after game. Just needs a complete tear down with roster and gameday leadership. Nobody to blame but themselves.

Honestly, that’s one reason I’ve been ok with the Mets.
If you spend the money and still fail, I can live with that, at least you’re trying.

You should try it once. Put a slice in the fridge for about an hour to get it good and cold. It changes the texture in a good way, IMO.

I can eat it cold or warm. Ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
Makes no difference to me.
My wife makes a mean homemade pecan pie!
