Good team, good season. Not great, nothing special; although, going to a 5th straight Super was very nice, and nothing to scoff at.

Just didn't have the dudes we had last year...guys that absolutely refused to lose. Guys that would make a play, get a hit or HR, get a strikeout, whatever...whatever was needed, last year's bunch made it happen, time and time again. That mindset/attitude/will seemed to be absent this year.

Arkansas is good, very good. They're my pick to win it. Hope to hell I'm wrong.

Disappointed losing the way we did. Feel like this team had more in them. Lack of long balls killed us. SEC is much better this year.

Lack of homeruns wasn't our problem. Lack of anything other than homeruns was our problem. It was a solid season coming off our championship. It was good to get back to the Supers.

Well, today sucked, no two ways about it. Yesterday too.

That said, having a lot of those and still having the best season by a reigning champ in 6 years, making the final 16 and losing to a top 5 team in the nation, while still bringing in arguably the best classes in the nation, and giving CTV things to improve upon for next year; there is no program in the nation with more upside and a brighter future. Here’s to revenge tour next year.
