He was supposed to be blocked from deportation to ES. However that’s not actually what the court order stated. It rather blocked his deportation to a different country (going off memory but maybe Argentina)

No democrat senators flew down there to check on his condition & flew back
w/ gator tears in their eyes saying he didn't do nuthing bad. Jamie Raskin is a bigger liar than Schumer Schiff Elizabeth Warren and Jefferies all put together.
