seriously on way down here at mcdonald's a ken and karen were telling everyone to leave, and going off on the 4 mcds workers.

karen said she wanted a refund because her food took 30 minutes and people had been coming in and out getting food.

the manager came out and said 'maam we had a bunch of families cone in at once just like yours'.
