President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

because you keep voting for incompetence. you aren't magically going to get better results when you still vote for someone who you admit is incompetent.

take a stand and vote for someone you believe is actually competent. otherwise you are just telling the two parties you will vote for whatever idiot they roll out there, and no matter what policies they actually enact.

you just enable the incompetence you claim to be against.
Who are these magically competent people that you speak of?

sure it does. I don't play football, but I have plenty of opinions about it. I would bet 99% of this board is the same way.
I haven't had to plead the 5th, I am not part of the media, but I have very strong opinions about those rights, and most of this board is the same way. why is voting different? Its a right I have, even if I don't actively use it, so my opinion is just as valid as anyone elses.

why must one participate in flawed system to have a valid opinion about it? you guys clearly can't be objective about voting. yall care more about maintaining the two party system than you do about voting itself.
You are free to discuss politics but you’re not free to chastise someone else’s vote. By choosing not to vote you have no standing to do that

I can only vote for who’s on the ballot. I also participated in the primary. By the time it gets to the general you’re stuck with two choices. But you wouldn’t know. You don’t vote

thats entirely dependent on what you want doesn't it? Competent to me, isn't going to be competent to you. to some people Trump and Kamala were competent enough, no idea why, but they were.

if you want my suggestion, start at the primary level. even on the evaluation level "of least worse choice" there were better options than the two we ended up with. Heck the Dems don't even pretend its about a vote anymore. they just appoint theirs. the Rs at least pretend and still hold a vote.

as it stands you aren't voting, you are just supporting a party with no conscience thought put into the matter. at this rate the two parties are the LG's of selecting competence. whoever they tell you to vote for is the first name you should cross off the list.

"If you chose not to decide, you still have made a choice". the difference is I can generally stand by my decision, without having to rationalize a party telling me what to do. I am willing to bet I spend more time actually looking into the candidates than 99% of Americans. I have more research, reason, and internally consistent arguments to support my choice.

and sure I do. just as much as anyone who voted for one candidate criticizes a different candidate. You didn't vote for Biden, so why do you criticize other people's votes for him? in your argument the only critics of Trump would be people who voted for Trump, and that simply isn't the case, and I doubt you want to argue it.

You can't expect competence when you reward and encourage incompetence by voting for it. How many election cycles does it take to figure this out? It's a devolution every 4 years. Race to the bottom, because y'all will support any fkn idiot

Where have I ever criticized someone who voted for Biden? Where did that comment come from?

im going to vote. I voted for who I thought was the best option based on the choices available.

I saw several media outlets report yesterday that it was going to be disappointing. Let me know if you hear anything different. I assume the stock market will react negatively to the disappointing report.

Sad. Some dumbass in here will defend it

100%. To me the dumbasses are the people who cry over every penny cut.

Outside of the military budget, are there any budget cuts you don’t complain about?

Could you please inform us where you would cut spending?
