All of the seedings carry over from the broader 64-team tournament. I've always wondered if it makes sense for the teams to be re-seeded when they reach the CWS, but alas they are not.

I'm all for the Power 4 separating from the Group of however many and the NCAA and only playing each other. 9 conference games, 1 Big10, 1 ACC, and 1 Big12. And the Big 10, ACC, and Big 12 all do the same. Force ND to pick a conference or be left out.

Our schools get out the week before Memorial Day, and we used to go to the beach right away. Many schools don’t get out until close to June or after. We now have to wait for baseball to finish, which is in the next few days.
