‘Harrison Ruffin Tyler, the last surviving grandson of John Tyler, the 10th president of the United States, who was born just after George Washington became president 236 years ago and who served in the White House from 1841 to 1845, died on Sunday at his home in Richmond, Va. He was 96.’

Had my first actual fire/emergency last night, right at quitting time. The Vol fan saved the plant, and day!😆 Seriously, it was getting bad, got into the drop ceiling. I emptied 2 fire extinguishers, got it out before the fire department got there. They double checked, and everything was out. I got worried for a minute, thankfully it went out.

Luckily I didn't sleep worth a crap today. No work tonight, they're still doing repairs and cleanup.

@NorCalVol67, if your trigger finger accidentally slips and you post one of your views of the ocean, I wouldn’t complain, except for the obvious (you suck) after. Not trying to jinx it, but after almost 7 months of working over 80 hours a week, I might finally have the right crew to get my vision of scratch made instead of the premade crap. And yes @Behr, I’ve finally found a way to have 2 days strung together and would like to ask you questions, if you have time. Lordy, I feel like I’m on Vacation (Even though I’ve checked on my work kitchen several times today, different story for a different day).
