Back in 22 we were crushing the fastball which is what made the offense so good.
Now they can't touch the fastball.

The rumor has been they are grooming Tuiasasopo to take over. That's been the idea on battery power with a couple guys in the know and the beat writers have never outright said it but have always mentioned every spring he has "future manager" written on him.

I don't really care as long it's someone outside the organization at this point. This team needs a completely new voice IMO and they need someone that has their backs.

If they go 78-84 and run it with someone from the staff, I'm gonna lose it. If it's Walt Weiss, I am out completely.

It's going to be interesting because they need Ozuna. But I believe the plan would be Murphy/Baldwin DH/C combo in 2026, which would make sense.

I should have known this team wasn't going to rebound when the first three minutes of the Braves ST show on YouTube was Snitker saying how proud he was of last year with all the injuries.

BMac made like $130M playing baseball and has had zero official ties to any organization in 5 years of retirement, I doubt he's interested in being a manager.

Schumaker did an awesome job with that Marlins team in 2023 and is available, plus he's outside the organization. If I have to throw a hat in the ring, that would be my guy.
