When I said that "Fox News never reported on Ashley Biden's diary," I was talking about from the news reporting side of Fox News, from genuine journalists such as Bret Baier, or one of the stories that would appear on the Fox News web site. I didn't mean from one of their biased prime time opinion show hosts. I'm not surprised that Tucker Carlson talked about it, but he is not a journalist. I didn't watch his show very much, but that's not "having my head buried in the sand," either. Tucker Carlson is a partisan hack who pushed the "Seth Rich was murdered by the DNC" conspiracy theory. Nothing is off limits for him. He aggressively pushed false 2020 Presidential Election lies as well, and has since been fired by Fox News.

However, although that video does not concern the type of reporting that I was referring to, I realize that I should have been more specific about what I was asking you to link. So, I will fully admit that I was wrong. My apologies to any and all, who were offended by my inaccurate assertion.

If Hunter Biden had co-founded a private club in D.C. with a $500,000 membership fee, while his father was the President of the United States, Republicans / Conservatives / Trump supporters would interpret those optics to be selling access and influence to the White House.

Nobody advertises their intention to sell influence. A private club with extravagant membership fees, has long since been a way to fund "pay-for-play" schemes. The name of the club is an interesting choice of words, but not important to the core issue. The optics of such clubs are terrible.

During the 2024 Presidential Election campaign, the American voters were assured that another Trump presidency would be more ethical than Biden's. However, when most Trump voters are trying to defend impropriety on the part of the Trump Administration or of Don Jr, they instead just point to Biden as having done the same thing .... as if that makes it okay.
