When was the last time we lost to Texas in a major men's sport?

I know the Lady Vols lost to Texas twice this year. I think Texas put the VolleyVols out of the NCAA tournament a couple years ago.

Background on Arvidson's great performance today from the baseball forum. The announcers made reference to it once iirc, but this is clearer. And he's from Texas.

Anyone listen to Tony V’s postgame? Talked about Arvidson being signed with Texas and when we got him Tony made a pact with him that he could pitch in this game. Tony said he was glad Doyle didn’t have a no hitter going. lol.

Arvidson was redshirted his freshmen year by Schloss at A&M and then committed to TX before the coaching change but no way was he going to play for Schloss again. This game meant a lot to Arvidson and he was electric.
