It appears you believe it's your understanding of morality that isn't up for interpretationmorality is not up for each person's interpretation no more than 1+1 = what ever a person interprets it to equal.....morality is an absolute in that some things are absolutely wrong no matter what a person's opinion on it is.
I've not listened to a ton of Rogan but if anything he spends more time trying to talk down being an expert about much of anything outside martial arts. I actually appreciate that along with him (in my limited experience) at least putting in some effort in citing why he believes what he does. He can take a stance or pass along references made by others but that's not positioning oneself as being an expert either. (this can be applied to practically anyone)Rogan is an expert only because it reinforced his own views
The word expert has become meaningless largely because of our 24/7 information cycle. There is zero standard, and even if we start looking at credentials and certifications they're more often bought than earned.I've not listened to a ton of Rogan but if anything he spends more time trying to talk down being an expert about much of anything outside martial arts. Completely outside Rogan to be honest "expert" has become a pretty squishy term to me. What's the actual criteria? Is merely considering oneself an expert enough? Is being considered an expert by X number of people sufficient? And even among those in a given field there can be vigorous or even outright hostile disagreement among those considered "experts".
