Unless something has changed, Tennessee is not recruiting him as a WR. I am curious if the recent momentum with Vandy is that they are telling him he can play a different position than what UT is telling him. That is conjecture. I am not entirely sure what position he prefers.

No, I think it's that they are throwing most of their money to the select few elite instate players (e.g., Caden Harris) they have a shot at.
