It was clear 18-24 months ago he was in bad mental shape. I even defended his "lying" during that debate because it was clear he didnt have the mental facilities to know any better.

Then two weeks later, the admin lied over and over about Butler. Not a security expert but I quickly sniffed it out.

Then they dropped stuff over past few weeks about falls and nodules and we are to believe that he went from completely normal numberd to an off the charts number with bone mets in less than a year.

I find the disclosure of these revelations about former President Biden somewhat comical. Besides some intimate details it was obvious to almost any objective person that he was unfit and probably never actually earned the presidency.

There was various times they were telling America that Biden wasn't in charge like Podesta's administrative state comment after Biden took office.

I do think finding out who was making decisions is important. Biden was carrying around codes while he was deemed incapable behind the scenes. A pretty scary thought.

Good lord .... The very first line in your link says this :

"The HIPAA privacy rules generally prohibit healthcare providers and their business associates from disclosing protected health information in response to subpoenas and other government demands unless certain conditions are satisfied."

The list of conditions which would need to be met is extensive, and would be very unlikely to be satisfied in anything related to the Biden situation. Your response was misleading to say the least.

We now know, with certainty, that we had an entire administration, democrat leadership, and major media outlets either actively covering up or willfully being ignorant about the health of the POTUS. If you want people to take you at your word then you probably shouldn't have done that. No one to blame but themselves that this is met with extreme skepticism.

I did a quick search and pulled up an actual legal link that seemed germane to the topic thinking it might address your question. You did you and accused me of being dishonest. F'off.
