You were the one who didnt want to hear of the obvious Biden admin led security failures that day and kept defending them even after they admitted they lied/denied resources...

To be fair, beginning with the finding of a nodule and then discovering advanced disease does not pass the sniff test. Someone not receiving adequate or routine healthcare this would make some sense but does not fit the level of medical supervision given to POTUS.

I have 4 serious questions for those posters who are suggesting that Joe Biden's doctor can be subpoenaed, and forced to publicly disclose health information concerning his patient :

1) Wouldn't Joe Biden's physician need Biden's permission to publicly disclose information concerning his medical history?

2) Would Joe Biden's physician even need to plead the 5th Amendment?

3) Couldn't Biden's physician simply assert doctor/patient confidentiality under the HIPAA Privacy Rule?

4) Don't former Presidents have the same right to medical privacy that the rest of us have, or is there some exception for them, that I'm not aware of?

None of that matters. We know for fact the White House and Dem leadership hid the fact that he's incompetent from us. We know the press helped them

It's a way for him to appear morally superior and sanctimonious to jumble empathy or lack thereof with common sense critical thinking. Any thinking person would wonder how long he has had this after giving empathy. The timing of all the recent news and how his White House doctor was hiding his medical conditions lead to some rational speculation. He has had access to the best healthcare in the country and you would think this is checked regularly.

It sounds like there is very good optimism about the effectiveness of treatment options.

I'm not outraged at anything. I'm asking relevant questions to those posters who are speculating about subjects in which they clearly are not experts in.

It is ridiculous that anyone would make such a matter political, and do so with wild speculation. From the moment this was announced, it's clear that Republicans have shifted into conspiracy theorist and political opportunist mode and they are actively seeking to weaponize a cancer diagnosis. It is beyond pathetic.

I have posed a relevant question to the idiot who said that Joe Biden's physician can be subpoenaed and compelled to publicly disclose medical information concerning one of his patients. The guy even said that Biden's physician would plead the 5th Amendment. I'm pretty sure that under the HIPAA privacy rule, all that Biden's physician would have to do is assert doctor/patient confidentiality.

Now, that is what I am talking about. If that is not what you want to talk about? That is fine with me. You can either put me on ignore, or simply stop replying to my posts.

Take politics out of the equation and let's say the former POTUS is a close family member. Then ask yourself if it was recently revealed that a group of people were lying about and hiding his health issues, as an interested party you wouldn't speculate how long that they knew about this new thing? Along with your real, genuine concerns would you not have some questions or doubt this is actually a very new diagnosis? That is the thing about people hiding things and/or lying. People trying filling in the blanks to rationalization. It's human nature.

The good news is the prognosis sounds promising.
