I took one of those sleep studies which suggested I had mild sleep apnea. Tried the APAP and stopped. Too intrusive and can actually wake you up at night. Will go with alternatives at some point (mouth taping, maybe an oral device, the Bleep device, fix deviated septom, etc.). Not impressed with current treatments in reality.

I have mild sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine. The biggest difference is that I quit snoring when I use it. Happy wife, happy life.
Didn’t take me long to get used to it .
I do feel much more rested now than before I started using it.

Truely hope you end up in a better place. What you described above was in line with what I meant. Don’t just resign because your new boss is a tool. Instead keep doing your job to the best of your ability and force him to fire you (unjustly). Don’t make it easy on him.

I am starting my own business. I be providing engineering support and detailing (drafting) services for pre-engineered metal building businesses.

I have multiple former co-workers that have reached out to me. I also have been offered 5 jobs without even applying. Things look up for the moment. Taking this week off to recoup and will be setting up my LLC today.
