Trump Ignores the Courts

You have no clue what Trump knows and doesn't know. It's so comedic when you self-appointed know-it-alls think you know more than Trump.
🤣🤣🤣. About some things, you probably know more than Trump. The POTUS, no matter who it is, doesn't know more about every subject matter than everyone else. Great Presidential leaders go into office knowing this. Surround themselves with people as smart or smarter. On some issues, much smarter. Great Presidents study while in office. On important issues, they read, word for word, daily briefs on the matter. Trump does the opposite. He has openly stated he already has the greatest knowledge of everyone on almost every issue.

Trump is the least-informed president in modern history.

Was it fake news back in 2017 when Fox News reported on him doing the same in his first term?
How any so called journalist can look at everything Trump has done since he took office in regards to international affairs and write that isn't a serious person. Look at just this week for example.

But it was fine when Joe Biden disregarded SCOTUS and their ruling that he couldn’t cancel student debt.
And speaking of Barrett and disbelief, most of us conservatives are in disbelief at what a profound disappointment she has been 😂
Didn't actually read that SCOTUS decision, did you?

He took the decision and announced that he was going to try another approach to loophole around the clear ruling of the court. He defied the basic finding that he had no power to unilaterally forgive student debt. He kept trying to do so.
And I refuse to ever accept GROK or any other AI as a legitimate source. It is something lazy people use to overcome any effort to think for themselves. But then again, if you are a dem with no ACTUAL intelligence. ARTIFICIAL intelligence is probably your only option

So what your saying, is that he complied with the SCOTUS ruling, and used other legal programs for student loan forgiveness?

Got it.

Were any of those other approaches challenged in court?

No?

Cool.

I am fine with that by Biden. Supreme Court was overreaching there. The student loan program is ran by Executive Branch of the Government and Biden's policy was in line with the legislature behind the group.

I am tired of Supreme Court striking down legislation.

The Supreme Court was 100 right to strike down student debt cancellation. That money would have come out of taxpayers‘ pockets. Only Congress can approve spending. The executive cannot spend money not appropriated.
And before someone says „But Trump……“ note that Trump is being sued over NOT spending money made available (the exact opposite). So Biden was trying to spend more of our money while Trump is trying to save us money.
Do you have a household budget? Let’s say you have given yourself permission to spend $500 a month on groceries. You can’t then go spend $700 and still be in budget (Biden). But you CAN spend only $450 and pass the savings on elsewhere (Trump).

He did nothing. His handlers that were dry humping his auto pen while his demented a$$ was laying on the beach.

Did you vote for that idiot?

In theory, possibly. The key is the administrative state. When the Federal Government setup the loan program with the Dept of Education, it gave it broad financing decisions around the loans. Arguably, in those decisions, the Dept of Education can cancel student loan debt.

Yet you are the one who doesnt realize that his "loophole" was actually enforcing previously enacted legislation(some which was passed and/or signed by Rs and Trump) that allowed for debt forgiveness....

So now you're too the point you are defending Trump with guesses, LOL.

Here's a guess....I guess you won't give a **** whatever you find out sbout the details, so why say anything? Just say, "IDC. **** other people. It's not me."

Mentally stable post feels very mentally stable

My question was and is…..if there was existing legislation then why did they feel the need to try and do something new?

But that’s a different conversation

I think the guy before him could have sat in a briefing room all day everyday continuously and he would prove to be the least informed person to ever hold that office.
Remember what he'd done for the last forty years. He was very well informed, one of the most informed people in the country. He just couldn't recall or process that information.

No it wasn't fine either when Biden said he'd ignore the ruling. Both acted like kings.
How has she disappointed you?
