People talk 💩 about the Dodgers because they found a loophole that should have never existed. In what universe would the best athlete in the sport be making $2M per year for 10 seasons? You think any of the basketball or football players are taking deferred contracts like that. Hell no, they want it now. I don’t cheer for injuries by any means but this seems like a case of the baseball gods self correcting the sport. But it won’t matter come playoff time because everyone will be healthy and the Dodgers will sweep the postseason. You can talk 💩 about the Braves if you want. It’s no skin off my back. You won’t say anything worse than what I’ve said about them already.

Dodgers have more payroll on the IL than nine teams entire roster, including dead money($117mill) But don't feel sorry for them. Their active roster still is at $212mill and that doesn't count the deferred Ohtani money
