The fielding is all mental. He’s not going to get better by trying harder. The more pressure he feels the worse it becomes.

Understand. We can just disagree. No one said he needs to try harder. I know he is trying and not making bad throws on purpose. It’s about focus and a little sense of urgency. If he can’t handle that now, I assure you he won’t be able to handle it at the next level. Trust me, I saw it firsthand and still do.
