The Official #10 Auburn @ #12 Tennessee Series Thread (Sat. May 3 11AM EDT) (Sun. May 4 1PM EDT) (Sun. May 4 45 mins after) (All games SECNET+)

Every one of us with a phone or computer was looking at radar before this game started. What were the official decision-makers doing? “Oh the pain in my joints seems to be easing up, so we should be good to go now.” Rain is clearly the hardest on a pitcher too, so lil Johnny could do as good as anyone throwing a wet water balloon. This whole thing makes no sense.

@Starchief13VFL Did you have any idea that the game had begum? I had been checking Knoxville radar on and off from the time that the storms started here. I went to the ESPN streaming site regularly and never had a hint that the game was about to begin. Not long after thatm I saw the game description online and figured folks had gotten so fed up that
and were having some fun Orsob Welles style.

This season feels like it's unraveling a bit, but to be honest that will just put more fire in our coaches' bellies. Wouldn't be surprised if we assemble an All-Star team out of the transfer portal this summer and go into 2026 with the goal of making the rest of the SEC - and by extension the rest of the country - wish they hadn't messed with us in 2025.

I have been gone all week on vacation and haven’t watched a single inning of baseball or kept up with anything. Can someone explain to me what the hell happened? I’m seeing the rule says the home team has to agree to start a game. Why would Tony make such a stupid decision? Makes winning this series feel like a Herculean task now….

I still fully expect us to be in Omaha. This year.

Not if we just punt the first one and ride Behnke for about 8 innings lol

The best path to winning this series is to punt this game, full stop. Pitch freshman tomorrow in the first game and let them eat it. Then go all out with your best arms in Games 2 and 3

I really don’t have an answer. Not sure why it didn’t start earlier in the day, I was outside pretty much all day because rain was in the forecast for evening, but that’s been wrong here all week. Maybe, they got lulled to sleep…I really don’t know.
