I don't know why you say this is BS? CA has had over 100 waivers of the federal clean air act since its passing and many of those waivers have had national implications. Either do away with the clean air act altogether (best option) or do away with waivers.

I agree and as I said the best option would be repealing the Clean Air Act altogether. Without doing that any state wanting to ban ICE vehicles need waivers. Would probably have to amend the laws governing interstate commerce also.

California's waivers to the CAA cost all of us a bunch of money. I don't think you can even buy a non-CARB compliant big truck tire anymore.

Is that constitutional? (Commerce Clause) Not sure what effect Sherman/Clayton Anti-trust would have either, but removing off such a huge market seems to be a pretty big regulation on trade between the states. I concede, I've never looked into it, but that strikes me as a potential challenge to this (California) law.

Trump is definitely not Christian but to argue deportation stuff is not Christian is silly. If you read Leviticus, the Jews would have killed Garcia and most these people being deported. Heck it says that children that talk back to parents should be stoned.

Deported is generous compared to judicial penalties advocated in the Bible.

What are you going to talk about a month from now when product shortages drive up prices for American consumers? Will you actually hold Donald Trump's chaotic trade policy responsible for rising inflation, or will your cultish devotion to Donald Trump only allow you to believe that every miscalculation Trump makes is somehow the fault of Joe Biden?
