Yes. And if they can't, a good coach finds an offense that fits his personnel. We've seen Rick change his offense quite a bit while at UT to fit the personnel he has in a given year.

But hopefully, we just get Gainey back

Great content explaining the details of what we’ve all watched repeatedly the past few years. Look forward to more of this type of video content. Would be interesting to also review when the play fails to result in the elbow shot and whether it was due to failed execution or great defense.
