I don’t hold any coach or administrator responsible right now for their rosters or how they are having to manage them

With no overarching transparency or rules and players who can transfer on a whim, this is all ridiculously hard to manage.

From my point of view it looks like we are placing priority on HS recruiting and keeping the guys we really want on the team. Is that the EASY button everybody wants us to hit? No. But imo it’s the best long term plan

Agreed and Fill in a few spots through the portal. I also think it’s going to be harder to stockpile depth.
