Out of all the executive orders that Donald Trump has ever signed, his executive order ending birthright citizenship for children born to illegal immigrants is the most glaring example of executive overreach, and the most blatantly Unconstitutional.

It's exactly the sort of executive order that he used to be critical of Barack Obama for. It is a Presidential attempt to circumvent the long established process for amending the United States Constitution. If it can be done with one stroke of a pen, by one person, then our Constitution isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

He kept his promise. It won’t be enforced though.

Yes, CDL tests can be done verbally and in several different languages. You do not have to be able to read or write English to become a truck driver.
