Maybe it could be they feel better about the WR position than most do. They see them more than we do, I imagine it could be a combination of things. And lastly this spring portal by and large most in it are moving down or up. There aren’t tons out there to pick from that actually might help. Not that there aren’t good players just not in big numbers. Then factor in if some of the marginal players are the ones looking for the biggest dollar they can find. GBO

I don’t care if they look like future first rounders. You still have to grab another 1-2 at least for depth. We are a few injuries away from walk ons. If we can’t bring in a big name, get a smaller one for depth. We seem to have dragged our feet and it has hurt us. I do believe we will get one receiver though soon.

And we probably will, folks are freakin out too early. We never were going to go after big numbers in the spring portal. We never was. Our depth is not as bad as some say. It’s young in spots but we have some depth with exception of WR which could use 1 more receiver. But Boo will help add there. GBO

At the end of the day it’s great the standard is as high as it is where this season is starting to feel lackluster lol. But honestly I still refuse to 100% lose faith in Tony V. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets us to Omaha again at all

Yeah I’m not real concerned except wide receiver. O line depth isn’t the greatest but it can work! I like all levels of the defense. Jakobe is likely back. And it looks like they will get an extra CB just in case McCoy needs time. Running backs should impress people soon. Go Vols brother

Just seems hard to maintain quality depth at all. Hard to keep everyone happy. Up until now the staff has done a really good job of keeping a lot of old players around.

Now we need to let more young guys play and our young guys are talented.
