The masked bandit who stole Homeland Security Kristi Noem’s pricey Gucci bag containing $3,000 in cash and other personal items has been arrested, sources told The Post Saturday.

Noem, 53, was on an Easter outing with her family at The Capital Burger in Washington, DC, when the hooded thief stole the luxury shoulder bag, which also contained her driver’s license, passport, DHS badge and apartment keys on April 20.

The suspect was busted by the DC Metro Police and the Secret Service, sources said.

As long as we’re talking about who would be guilty of political persecutions….
Trump campaigned on “lock her up” once elected did absolutely nothing to encourage anyone to go after her in any way. After Biden was elected the Democrats spent 4 years throwing everything they could make up at Trump and any Trump associate. Then Trump is re elected and now the Democrats scared to death of payback have Biden pardon everyone he can think of including his milk man. Just so Trump could make them look even dumber by signing a EO that prevents political prosecution on his first day.

Let that sink in. The Democrats were out witted by …….Trump. You can’t make this level of stupidity up.

To be fair Banjo 2.0, this "EO" was largely campaign speech rhetoric with a few obvious lies sprinkled in for good measure. It doesnt "prevent future political persecution". It just gives Trump's political appointees the right to......(wait for it) prosecute those that they believe engaged in it. They limited the time period and scope to only include the Biden admin.

Realistically Trump is a windbag who doesn’t think these things through. If he thinks it sounds good it comes out of his mouth. In this case it generally made Biden look stupid because the mob is fickle and almost never looks past the headline. And furthermore Trump almost never follows out on his ramblings. Probably because he says so much stupid stuff he doesn’t actually remember saying it or writing it down.
