Tennessee and Heupel just needs a player or two to make it to the NFL and translate to being great players.

The fact that he made Hyatt the most productive WR in college just to become a nobody in the NFL(speaking frankly here). That's called squeezing every ounce of production from a player's ability. To frame that as a negative for Heupel is completely backwards.

The only negative is if NFL GM's shy away from our offense because guys like Hyatt didn't work out. And like I said, the only cure for that is for some skill position players to get drafted and be good NFL players.

I'm glad I've been watching the draft on the NFL Network. Charles Davis is one of us and we don't have to hear the whining over Shedeaur every couple of minutes.

Shedeur should hire you to represent him. You can explain to everyone that he was actually drafted in the first round.

Actually the level of unprovoked salt in yours suits him better. I was talking about an actual 1st round pick from our team.

ETA; correct that to 3rd round for Hyatt and sell it.

All of the rb’s taken before him so far are all bigger and faster than him, besides the ucf guy who was top 3 fastest, and one other rb who is 6’1 225

Ashton Jeanty, Omarion Hampton, Quinshon Judkins, Kaleb Johnson, Cam Skattebo, Woody Marks, Jarquez Hunter all did not run faster than Sampson. Not sure what you are looking at. RJ Hunter and Trevor Ettiene ran about the same. Maybe some are bigger at similar speed, but Sampson is not average. He ran better than Kamara, McCaffrey, and several good RB’a already in the league.

The difference in money at this point to what he'll make as an UDFA is minimal. At least then he can pick where he wants to go between a couple of options.

Sampson did not run at the combine but ran what 247 said was a 4.46-4.49, so hed be at the bottom of this list
