That's racist!

Most folks knew Sanders wasnt gonna be a 1st rounder. Much like the bammer QB floundering for the Panthers, Shedeur is undersized at about 6ft and doesnt have a great arm, or elite 4.4 speed. (Elite speed is in the 4.3s these days honestly).

He is a good QB though. With a decent shot at making it in the NFL...he was hugely productive at CO despite being the most sacked QB in FBS. He played behind terrible Olines every year and still put up good numbers. I think he will probably get a shot at a starting job in the NFL...and if not, or he cannot, he will be a good QB2 like Dobbs. Either way he will make millions. Not a bad gig. No way in Hell was he a top10 pick like Ward though

In the mid 80s, my understanding is Bridgeforth Farms in Alabama was the largest cotton farmers in the state and are still pretty sizable. Pretty wealthy owning a good bit of land around Tanner. A client of mine ginned their cotton.

My home turf. I went to 2nd thru 12th with a granddaughter.

Got my dad's truck stuck down on the river on the south side of their property and one of the son's pulled me out with a tractor.

What was your connection and when?
Was just about to ask you about folks you know from around there. The Murphys who owned several cotton gins were clients of mine. I heard quite a few stories about old man George Murphy.

My company sold computer systems to gins and warehouses. Bobby Davis of Madison was a good friend and played LB for Jordan at AU. Knew a lot of guys in the area, but cannot recall all the names now. I was roaming around the Tennessee Valley in the mid- to late 80s.

I was a partner with Union Compress who had a plant in Decatur. Our plant was in Cordele, Georgia.

I wonder how many black guys have been drafted so far

The NFL has made more black millionaires than any other country on Earth I bet. Including the black African countries. It probably makes at least 100 new black millionaires every year in the draft alone. Not to mention coaches of all kinds and front office guys for each franchise.

If only people would actually understand this.
I mean we watched a black kid, in cold blood, murder a white kid over a seat. Then proceed to play victim and take in half a million while getting his bond lowered to nothing. Also praised and protected by a large group of black people...

So now white people financially rally behind a woman (who obviously shouldn't call a little kid the n word) who was being doxxed and threatened (by a person now determined to be a Somali immigrant with a rape charge of a 16 year old in his recent past) with rape and murder.

I'm not sure why this is shocking or how anyone could even compare the two cases in severity. But without Karmelo, there would be no Shiloh.
