Recruiting Football Talk VIII

RTI article:
"Woody’s (trainer Jeff Wood) is going to go over there, and I think the good – I mean, he took the foul ball square in the mouth area, but Woody said he was able to talk a little bit,” Tennessee head coach Tony Vitello said postgame. “There’s some stuff with teeth but I don’t, you know, I don’t know if I’m supposed to speculate or not in that situation, but obviously not a good night for us, but he had the worst night out of everybody. It’s the same deal I dealt with (in 2023). I was blessed to get it in the jaw. He got it square in the mouth.

“I know all the guys have already been talking about it. We’ll look after him, and hopefully [he] comes out… you know, Wiggy’s Wiggy, so I think he’ll come back out and be the same guy that he was.”

@SoilVol

I've got these tiny little bright red bugs on the rocks of my.outdoor kitchen. They are so small, I'd call them mites. What are they a d how can I get rid of them. I sprayed the rock with Taurus SC as I was treating the perimeter of the house as I do every spring so I just sprayed that too. I was wondering if permethrin might work.

These? I've seen these at our house since we got it. According to the Google they don't hurt anything.

The NFLPA makes you take a 60 question multiple choice test and pay them $2,500 to become an agent. So no, that has nothing to do with it.

Rookie's agents and teams would get into wild negotiations every single year. Then the NFL implemented a strict rookie pay scale and all of that went away.

It isn't complex. We need pay for play contracts. Once that's in place, the "agents" like Nic Immaleavin that Costanza their clients into a 50% pay cut will get weeded out by the open market.
