Go ask Kershaw, Buehrle, and Pettitte how important the pickoff move was throughout their careers. It makes the game so much easier whenever your pitcher controls the base runners.

We had a freshman pitcher , pitch a 9 inning no hitter best game his whole life. They brought him up to varsity, I told Coach it was a fluke and it was. Couldn't get out of 1 inning on varsity , sometimes things just go your way.

Just found out that Livvy Dunne didn’t participate in LSU’s semifinals the other day because she’s had an avulsion fracture in her kneecap. If you have girls don’t let them do gymnastics or dancing for extended period of time. Those are notorious careers for high injury rates due to how much impact the lower body has to absorb.
