For some reason the programmers sent the new code on this one to the bots, beats me why. Heck, I'm sure there have been other guys on those planes that probably didn't even have a determination through immigration as to their status or gang ties.

I’m failing to see what the problem is. The guy had a deportation order in 2019 that was paused because he couldn’t be sent back to El Salvador due to his gang involvement? He gets scooped up in 2025 and is ultimately deported. I guess libs think all should be forgiven because he has a family now? He can always remarry in El Salvador eventually and beat that wife too.

The issue is they defied a court order and deported him anyways. The admin should give him his circus in court and then send him anywhere else.

Her daughter being murdered doesn't justify sending unrelated people to El Salvador prisons, and everyone involved knows that but they're betting MAGA is dumb enough to fall for it. Her daughter's children are also suing her for taking all of the GoFundMe money for herself

It justified the pitiful comment that Eastern went with. The party of sympathy & compassion should understand that. Instead Trump broke the left so much that they endorse, human trafficking, domestic violence and murder.

Show me where her kids are entitled to anything from the GoFund Me? Regroup and come back

That isn't the truth in context, he was deported under AEA... the civil court order has no legal effect. The only way a court could stop what happened is if the executive branch had to come to a criminal court because they already had criminal jurisdiction of the person being deported or possibly habeas.

That is where you are wrong. He already had his day in court in the immigration process, he was determined to be an illegal. He was further determined to be an illegal under AEA.
