A Democrat House member called on Wednesday to impeach President Donald Trump over his administration’s handling of a Supreme Court decision from earlier this month ordering the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man in the United States illegally but who was mistakenly deported to a prison in El Salvador.

You're making it seem like it's obvious that he was criminally involved with the gang and a fact when it appears to be an allegation. That's all I'm saying. If it was as cut and dry as you said he would have been in jail here or deported back when it happened initially. Obviously there is still some doubt here unless they release something new.

Identified by gang members as a member. Arrested with gang members. Dressed in gang attire (bulls hat with a hoodie that had the eyes, ears, and mouth of presidents “ver oir y callar” which is basically an ms 13 phrase meaning we don’t speak about what we do). Some of the men he was arrested with were seen throwing drugs out as they were arrested and Garcia was holding 1,178 dollars cash. One of the other gang members he was apprehended with was held in connection to a murder case.

What’s the missing piece of information you’re looking for here?

It's sad but one of the biggest I told you so's would be bringing this piece of trash back and he ends up killing his wife or someone else.

You get your panties all twisted over the worst of people. Here are some examples of people wrongfully deported some were actual US citizens, I'm sure you could find a couple of these that would make better martyrs than this guy. And I'm sure you were all up in arms over these actual citizens being deported just as you are now, I don't have the time to search for your posts.

Apparently the allegations did not stick when they were initially brought up.
Actually, the allegations did stick.

He was later granted a stay of deportation to El Salvador after claiming fear of another gang, (Barrio-13). That ruling didn't rebuke or refute the previous court ruling.

It's a false dichotomy in critique of Immigration Court rulings. Gang affiliation is a justifiable reason to deport an illegal alien, but not a prerequisite. The gang designation isn't equivalent to the burden of proof required in a Criminal Court.

What evidence did Garcia present to the immigration court (court that granted the El Salvador stay) that he had reason to fear retaliation or fear being targeted by Barrio-13? I haven't researched that case. Was there stronger evidence backing Garcia's court claims?

Anybody got a link to that case file?

El Salvador's President says notorious Megaprison Will Double In Size To Hold Trump's 'homegrown' Deportees​


El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele plans to double the size of the notorious megaprison where the country is holding migrants that President Donald Trump deported.

The plan would make room for more prisoners and comes after Trump has openly mused about sending Americans convicted of violent crimes to the South American country.

Bukele would expand the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), which is already the largest prison in the world, he told Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem when she visited last month, the Wall Street Journal reported.

'We have no plans to bring them back, this is a long-term solution,' she told the news outlet. 'He has plans to double the size. He has 80-plus acres there that he's going to continue to build on.'

Doubling the prison's capacity would create space for a total of 80,000 inmates.

The Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT) was built in late 2022 amid a gang crackdown in El Salvador.

As of June 11, 2024, CECOT had a population of 14,532 inmates. It can hold 40,000.

It sits on 57 acres and Bukele's government controls the 350 acres around the compound. It's surrounded by 19 guard towers, 24-inch-thick walls that are topped with barbed wire, and two sets of electrified fences.

The prison is staffed by 600 soldiers and 250 police officers.

Bukele has become a close Trump ally and visited the president in the Oval Office earlier this week.

'You gotta build about five more places,' Trump told him during their sit down.

Trump also said he's open to sending more criminals there, including ones that are American citizens.

'We always have to obey the laws, but we also have homegrown criminals that push people into subways, that hit elderly ladies on the back of the head with a baseball bat when they're not looking, that are absolute monsters,' Trump said. 'I'd like to include them.'

'If it's a homegrown criminal, I have no problem, no,' he said, adding: 'I'm talking about really bad people.'

Arrested with known gang members who discarded marijuana as police approached. He had $1178 on him. He was dressed in the same fashion as MS-13 members dress (Bulls hat with a hoody indicating you don’t hear/see/speak).

What’s the additional piece of evidence you seem to want here? If you were hanging with crips, dressed like a crip, identified by others as a crip, and holding their drug money…..well….clearly we just don’t enough evidence that you’re a crip?

4D Chess: Bukele Lets Van Hollen Meet With Abrego Garcia for Damning Pics That Blow Up Dem Narrative​

We've been following the story of the deportation of Salvadoran national, illegal alien, and alleged MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia and the bizarre effort of the Democrats, including Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen, to try to bring him back to the United States.

But then it looks like El Salvador's President, Nayib Bukele, decided that he was going to play a little 4D chess and prove that the Democrats were peddling a bunch of nonsense. He gave Van Hollen the photo op that would come back to bite him: sitting, having drinks with Abrego Garcia.



Van Hollen said he passed along Abrego Garcia's "message of love" to his wife, Jennifer. That's the same person who reportedly made allegations against him and wanted a protective order not too many years ago.
