Unfortunately, drug use and addiction rates are much higher in Tennessee than they are in California. Sadly, Tennessee ranks 6th in the nation in those categories.

That’s more about housing costs. Drug addict on the street vs drug addict in a trailer. Not saying the trailer isn’t preferable, but the problem is just more well-hidden.

Regardless, I hope he gets stuck in a massive LA traffic jam for hours and can’t wait to leave!
