Since a state(s) won't do xyz the Feds should has led us to where we are, so no. The Feds should only do what it's required to do in the constitution and leave the rest to the states.

I’m still struggling to find the database conspiracy problem.
Will it be built off of the passport system? What agency is running it? Because reading about it just looks like the states have to check extra boxes on the “hoops you jump through “ list

I remember when the Dean Scream was enough to get someone dropped from national contention.

now they can say and do whatever they want and depend on 1/3 of the nation to support them regardless.
