A Yankees fan would say that lol. Fact remains the Yankees ruled the sport in the late 90s and early 2000s due to their spending and the Dodgers are in the process of doing the same. The Braves routinely have had to look up at the Mets and Phillies in payroll during my lifetime and yet we have run the division and luckily won the title a couple of times. Not saying you and @knoxvol52 aren’t true fans of your respective teams (I know you both are), but it just means a little more for me whenever my team isn’t the top spender and manages to win. And it’s none of your guys fault but there are an extremely high amount of bandwagon fans for the Yankees and Dodgers that probably couldn’t name 5 players between the two teams.

The Braves were my first love. TBS allowed me to watch a ton of Braves games and took numerous trips to Fulton Co Stadium and then Turner Field. I haven’t watched a Braves game in years. When MLB moved thr all star game from Braves, it was the last straw. Politics has no place in sports. Vols take up 99% of my sports time.
