2) Invite Mike Lindell's "journalists" in their stead
3) Field questions like this:

if it was a standalone case sure. but things have been way too scripted in the media, again both sides, to take the acts of anyone as truly standalone imo.

there were tons of cases of people booing Biden and leading the same chant across the nation. and the media was downplaying it at every turn. they tried to claim there were no loud chants against him in public events despite many many cases of it. This just highlighted how bad they were doing in telling the truth.

Judge issues ruling on credit card late fees that ends Biden policy dream​

A federal judge has overturned a U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPN) rule that capped credit card late fees at $8.

The judge found the Biden-era policy to be illegal and threw it out on Tuesday.

U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman in Fort Worth, Texas granted a joint request by the CFPB and a coalition of business and banking groups including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and American Bankers Association to scrap the rule.


Pittman, who was appointed by President Trump, said the $8 cap violated the Credit Card Accountability and Disclosure Act of 2009 because it prevented card issuers from charging fees 'reasonable and proportional to violations.'

The $8 cap was introduced by the the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in March last year.

Prior to that the average late payment fee from American banks was $32 per statement.

I'm actually torn on the issue. I think some of these penalties are usurious, but getting into credit card debt like some do is stupid. Nobody forces you to run up credit cards, and it had always been in the agreements that they can bend you over. Kind of like ARMs.

Furious DHS staff turn on Kristi Noem over her 'ICE Barbie' photo ops​

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's photo-ops are irritating DHS staffers who are complaining that they're getting in the way of the agency's operations.

The Wall Street Journal reported Monday night on some of the complaints made about Noem, who has been nicknamed 'ICE Barbie,' for wearing a full face of makeup and hair extensions while on the job.

Just days after Noem was sworn-in as DHS head, she accompanied Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials on a pre-dawn New York City raid.


Noem kicked off her tenure at DHS by holding a town hall event where her walk-on song was Trace Atkins' Hot Mama.

Since then, photos of Noem have been hung up around the agency.

There's Noem dressed in a cowboy hat and a Border Patrol jacket riding horseback as she accompanied Border Patrol Del Rio Horse Patrol Unit.

Another photo shows the secretary riding an ATV.

Inside the department, The Journal found, some staffers consider Noem more of a spokesperson than a traditional agency leader.

The perception is heightened by Noem's nearly constant travel schedule, where D.C.-based staffers only see her a few hours a week.

That has 'irritated many at DHS,' The Journal said.

Prior to The Journal's report, several conservative women were already calling out Noem for playing dress-up on the job.
