After a short conversation with a few people I worked with (but not for) 2 years ago, they have made me an offer of employment. Current company has been good to me but have merged (been bought out) with another company and has/is becoming extremely corporate. Confident current company will counter the offer to keep me. Have prayed, talked it over the fam, and still not sure what to do. Waiting and hoping for a "gut feeling". Tough decision for sure.

Made decision to stay with current company. They offered over $10k per year increase and more favorable work schedule (4-9's and 1-4 on Fridays). Was a really tough choice, but other company wants to "stay in contact". They have another one retiring in 2 to 3 years. Have a feeling they may try another run at me then as well.
