Australia and its ban on US beef imports. They banned US beef in 2003, removed the ban in 2019 but put a requirement for an import permit in place but as of yet have not even reviewed one application for approval.
What's unreasonable about this ban? They don't want US beef and have no real need for it. Australia produces lots of beef and exports a bunch. Why is it unreasonable for them to refuse this particular import?
I didn't realize they bought Motorola...Firstly, this makes so much sense in regards to your typos.
Secondly, Lenovo is Chinese owned.
That was another of Obama's major foreign policy missteps.Interesting that the Chinese turned an atoll into an island in international waters within spitting distance of the Philippines and built a runway there. And no one said a word. If the rest of the world doesn't shun the Chinese with this opportunity, they will never be able to do so.
Vietnam and the Philippines complained. I believe Malaysia stayed pretty quiet. I don't remember Australia making noise and they certainly should have. Or maybe they did and it wasn't in the Singapore news. Obama effectively said 'help yourself'.Nobody else said anything either, so our so-called allies are just as guilty
I expected nothing less from the empty suit he was/is.Vietnam and the Philippines complained. I believe Malaysia stayed pretty quiet. I don't remember Australia making noise and they certainly should have. Or maybe they did and it wasn't in the Singapore news. Obama effectively said 'help yourself'.
