Both college and pro were segregated, so what's the difference? Odd pedestal to stand on if you care about "equality."

having a wake-up call from the NBA. I had not watchedI the Cadavers at all this yearm and thanks to the weather gods in Atl, I'm finding myself looking up the backgrounds of the Cav players.

Wow they got a lotta bang from what appears to be a roster of lesser-known players.

I knew jusr a little more about the Pacers

It’s not that he sucks but more so that he played like an average starting SEC QB last year, yet is asking for more money after his lone season. Sampson and that defense carried the team and the optics of this situation indicates he thinks he was the straw that stirred the drink. I would rather us take QBs closer to Hooker’s and Dobbs’ profile and not deal with a 5 star that acts like Aaron Rodgers, thinking they are more than they are worth. I guess he forgets he got paid $2M for his freshman year to ride the bench the entire regular season so he could learn how to run out of bounds as the game clock expires vs an average at best Arkansas team.

Cavs are a very good team. Above average to elite guard play from Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland with a nice third option in Evan Mobley as a forward that can give you 20pts and 10 rebounds every night. Plus high level role players everywhere else. They are the best three point shooting percentage team in the league. Defense isn’t quite as good as Boston or OKC so that may be the thing that keeps them from winning a title but other than that they are a serious threat.

See ya, MF! Don’t let it hit ya, where the Good Lord split ya. Will only make the situation worse. Hand the reins over to Merklinger And move on.

I don’t think they are completely off base being frustrated in this particular situation. He isn’t JG but he also isn’t a Josh Dobbs or Hendon Hooker at this point either. I especially don’t think he should be asking for money after having an average season. It’s just a bad look and I hope he is prepared if the fans get sideways this year. The fans are the ones that have to pay a “talent fee” just for admission now and if the highest paid players aren’t living up to the hype then it will get nasty. If he doesn’t develop into a true leader then we could be in for a long season.

I would support that 100%. Merk is a good QB. My only fear is that we would have another mass exodus at receiver and that would be a mess preparing for the summer. It’s a lose-lose situation.
