the Supreme Court backs up what I said earlier. that the admin was circumventing the process.

Supreme Court allows the deportations under the act but requires the Admin give proper notice, and allow them to hire lawyers first. two things Trump wasn't allowing under the Alien Enemies Act.

The only time I have ever voted for a Republican, was in 2006. I voted for Bob Corker for Senate over Harold Ford Jr. because of how much I can't stand his corrupt family. I have never felt bad about that vote either. Harold Jr. flunked the bar so bad, he couldn't take it a 2nd time. He still likes to call himself a lawyer once in a while anyway. He is perfect for Fox News.
