You're not concerned the government can deport someone wrongly (he had legal protection against being reported to El Salvador - whether you agree with that or not), and just say "whoopsie, there's nothing we can do because this person is no longer in US custody and the US doesn't have jurisdiction over El Salvadorian authorities." Notice that nothing turns on his status - it's all about the US government saying there's nothing we can do for you if you're no longer in our custody and those who do have custody of you aren't subject to the jurisdiction of US courts. Doesn't that seem like something that can be abused over and over to disappear people, regardless of their legal status?

No. He crossed in 2012 illegally and missed his hearing dates. That’s not including his MS-13 affiliation. Seems you’re mad his past caught up to him.

Only if and when something directly affects you or your kin do you get concerned. So if you're feeling down about your 401k in Trump's America, at least there's that!

I’m sure she identified herself as a Republican before this event a day later became public. It was just a few months ago liberals broke for border security and immigration deportation.

It really is that simple. Donald Trump is the best troll there ever has been. He trolls them over and over and they still never learn, nor will they. He's a better troll than Lane Kiffin, and that's saying something. It's quite funny really.

Would you still be upset if they removed him from the prison and sent him to Columbia, Ecuador, Argentina, ect? I'm just curious is all. I, for one, am glad he is out of the country and will never return. He broke the law....see ya!
