I’d like to ask if y’all could spare a thought or prayer for my father. In 2021 they spotted something in his chest but it was so small they wanted to just keep monitoring. No change in 2023 but there’s been growth this year. They think it’s carcinoma in situ — precancerous. I’m still spooked, though. Dad has a surgery consult on Monday.

So it was 5-2 top of 4th with one out and runner on 1st. Batter hits ground ball right back to pitcher that end up going off his foot and ricochets toward the hole for an infield hit putting 2 on instead of us getting a double play. next batter hits a 3 run bomb. Baseball can be so fickle.
