The Official Texas A&M @ #1 Tennessee Series Thread (Fri. April 4 7PM EDT ESPNU) (Sat. April 5 Doubleheader SECNET+)

Ok fair enough. I have not spent much time in the baseball forum.

Let's try this again. I will try to redeem myself. I like CTV and he's hands down the best coach on the campus. Also, there's zero tolerance for foul language toward a player. I admit I should have waited for more info before passing judgement.
Lurk a minute! It can be difficult for even regulars at the Recruiting Forum, Football Forum or Basketball Forum wandering in to make the adjustment. Totally different sports with totally different expectations on any individual play.

Beisbol. A career .300 batting average gets you into the Hall of Fame. It truly is a game of failure and developing the mental fortitude to maintain focus and not lose yer 💩 with every at bat, pitch or error.

This is the way.

I’m Aerie Vol. nice to meet you.

Please refrain from referring to me as AV (my preferred moniker.)

Pretty sure Ardent Vol has dibs on that and we wouldn’t want to confuse anyone, lol.
Got it! Nice to meet you and thanks!
I still believe the VOLS will win this series!

I was wondering why do y'all think Loy was pulled so quickly? Maybe a matchup thing and/or so he can come back for game 3?

The baseball forum has a different decorum. Basically, it’s required reading for newbies but essentially don’t trash players. We are fortunate to have players’ families on this board and many close friends of the program. We’d like to keep it that way and have civil, respectful discussions.

Hope everyone in Tennessee stays safe. Keeping ya’ll in my prayers. My 2 girls were in Clarksville when that EF4 went through 2 Christmas ago and missed the apartment building they were in by one building. My oldest called me while it was happening and I couldn’t believe how loud it was. Completely helpless feeling I hope no one has to endure.

Probably some of both. Also, hindsight is 20/20, he probably didn’t think Snead would have a bad outing.🤷🏻

So I played softball for a few years. 9-12 or so. This was the 80s and was just a rec league.

In college I played flag football for my sorority. I was their secret weapon. 😂 Think Jalin Hyatt. Small but fast. If I got a step on the comp and the QB threw it accurate, I was in the end zone.

I wasn't big enough to really play competitive sports, but I would have loved to.
