Trump Ignores the Courts

Let's be clear, the point is trafficking violates basic human rights and illegal residence does nothing of the sort.

And the semantics of it....it's literally a crime of existing without paperwork and IDK how anybody could argue that...we could call it a crime of geography? That better? It's not trafficking. I know that much.
It’s illegal entry.

Would you consider squatters in your residence to be merely guilty of a paper work violation? A simple crime of geography?

"Crockett seems to have developed a soft spot for the federal courts after activist judges adopted a scorched-earth approach against Trump, handing down restraining orders and injunctions against his executive actions like candy

However, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) was quick to note her inconsistency and called her out for previously viciously attacking the federal court system that she now pretends to defend.

“And I’m going to note that when Miss Ocasio-Cortez, or AOC as we know her, filed articles of impeachment on Justice (Clarence) Thomas and (Samuel) Alito, Miss Crockett was one of the co-sponsors along with Mr. (Steve) Cohen, both members of this committee,” Issa said.

AOC even went a step further to question the legitimacy of the Supreme Court, which Crockett did not seem to mind at the time. The New York Democrat even called on “Congress to contain the threat this poses to our democracy” by the Supreme Court.

“Congress has a legal, moral, and democratic obligation to impeach,” AOC added.

Crockett was among 19 Democrats, including ultra-radical left Squad members Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who co-sponsored AOC’s articles of impeachment. Crockett had just been elected to the House and had barely learned the ins and outs of Washington but was already attacking the Supreme Court."

I enjoyed him continually calling the man a “dreamer” a term from a bill that never passed, for which the individual would not have qualified because he was 16 when he came here

Doubt it. He and his wife have tastes tastes that outstrip his salary, and I doubt Crowe keeps keeps providing "gifts" to his dear friend if he's no longer on the Supreme Court.
I realize that plays into your preferred narrative. But he’s an old man at this point, and I think he may have more sense than Ginsburg.

The narrative is of Thomas' own making with his years of willfully failing to disclose Crowe's lavish spending on him.

Yes, your preferred.

I’m sure Clarence Thomas is the only Justice to ever receive trips, gifts, etc.

I’m doubly sure that he will hang on longer just to keep getting trips, gifts, etc.

Lol, I didn't make Thomas choose to not disclose thousands of dollars worth of travel paid for by Harlan Crowe.

He's even reported to have threatened to retire early at one point over Judicial pay.

He'll stay on the bench as long as he can milk Crowe and whomever else is giving him "gifts" that he doesn't feel warrant disclosure.

Yes, yes I’m sure it will be a beggars life for ole’ Clarence once he retires.

I’ll circle back to my original post -

He should be retiring soon.
