That was all during the Biden administration.
I can’t imagine it’s gotten any better now that theirs a new boss.

The overall point remains.
Neither party is looking for a solution. That would take away their talking points.

But I don’t think that guy is a citizen. Not sure his legal status. Apparently had some form of “protected status” - a court order that said he couldn’t be removed to El Salvador specifically.

Does that mean they could have removed him elsewhere? Idk.

What a surprise, some of us were right to not trust ICE and this admin. We sent people to concentration camps because of gang tattoos when the gang in question doesn't do tattoos.

Who was that goober who thought it was a good idea to have the national guard executing gang members on our streets? Can't even figure out who is TdA when we have the time and means to investigate by an agency designed to identify people and know their status.

The record to a layman seems a bit unclear.

1. It seems a fact that he is/was an MS-13 member as this was uncontested by his defense. And so bail was not allowed. It was alleged by a confidential source.
2. It seems he was adjudicated as removable, under immigration law.
3. BUT, an immigration judge ruled that he could not be removed. In 2019. Unstated (to me so far) is why the judge ruled that way.
4. It seems this man was never convicted in the US of MS-13 activities. Not sure that is important.

Two observations:
A. It seems he really is/was MS-13. Yes MS-13 people can be married and can have kids. Lots of criminals do. Why is the left arguing for an MS-13 guy?

These lefties know well, I think, how evil MS-13 can be.

B. It seems ICE should have gotten a new court order over-ruling the immigration judge’s ruling against removal from the US. (I have not seen that judge’s reasoning for that ruling.) I think we should maintain that degree of respect for rule of law.

where was the "concern" from the left when Biden was illegally allowing in murderers, rapists, child molestors, etc and Americans died as a result?

He wasn't a legal citizen, an immigration judge only said that he shouldn't be deported back to El Salvador. The gang member was afraid to go back to El Salvador is all.
