This is about the only reason for the usage of Killary’s private email server and non approved messaging apps. They obviously circumvent the cataloging and archival process. Their usage is not congruent with the notion of a “transparent and accountable” administration.Which probably violates the presidential records act.
OPSEC is just an acronym meaning operational security. The “what and how” of a mission plan if you will is OPSEC. I can’t think of a case where that kind of information pertaining to a military operation would never be classified.wasn't the classification mentioned in the chat? Isn't that what OPSEC means/refers to?
Only the first three are actual classification levels. There is another level now called CUI which stands for Controlled Unclassified Information which loosely fits your “for your eyes only”. In the past CUI was mostly called FOUO which means For Official Use Only but that label has been superseded by CUIBut is there a hierarchy such as:
Confidential
Secret
Top Secret
Classified
"For your eyes only"
