That's just stupid. Biden was CLEARLY impaired. Trump sleeps 4 hours a night because of his work ethic and schedule.

I never said thats how I felt. I just said thats how it will be done. If you paid attention at all you would see that both sides just parrot each other, using the past acts of one party to justify the future acts of their party.

He didn't burn anything. He actually extended the Biden agenda and added on some more spending for defense.

The difference is that to undo mass downsizing the left is going to have to look the American public in the eye and tell them they are going to hire more bureaucrats that THEY are going to have to pay for. My guess is that the American public will see that they are nothing but a waste. We will know in 2 years. This could be a pivotal moment in history.

I’d like to see the power of the presidential pardon reigned in a bit.

A very high bar (say 2/3 of the House) to kill one? But there would at least be some type of check on that power.

Might make future Presidents less willing to extend truly outrageous/unpopular pardons. The idea of getting it voted down by the House. Idk.

you are mistaken, the Dems won't have to sell any of that. the bureaucracy will hire it while the elected stay quiet. they never really told us that they were hiring X number of people before. it won't be any different going forward.

if they do try to sell it, they will sell it the same way Trump is. They will just be "fixing" the mistakes the last guy made.

I have always wanted some type of special "recall" election if an elected person does certain activities that are "unblockable". or doesn't do something they are required to do by the Constitution.

easiest ones to point to are the president because its one person. Vetos a bill, uses the presidential war powers without a declaration of war. But Congress not voting on a budget, or them investigating someone/thing not spelled out in the Constitution.

or tie impeachment to it, lets see if they are willing to sacrifice their career to bring someone down. something that puts some of their skin in the game.
