Trump Ignores the Courts

So you're cool with denying due process and banishment to concentration camps in the wrong country if their status is illegal?

We're completely at odds with the vision of the founders. The bill of rights protects persons and not citizens because we are all children of God with natural rights that we deserve whether a government allows it or not. And denying due process is one thing. I'd understand if the result were sending them back to Venezuela, but we're going a million steps further and doing Fascist stuff.
Lolz.

These guys are here “claiming asylum” because according to them they are not safe in Venezuela. A claim Huff believes.

So what is @n_huffhines plan? Well to send them right back to Venezuela of course, the land they fled in fear for their lives.

An old timer shared a phrase with me years ago. I think it applies, here.

You're so heavenly minded, you're no earthly good.

The FF allowed us to make laws. We have laws which address immigration. I agree with the principle even if the method is infrequently seen.

If you're living in my house with no rental contract and not paying rent, I don't think we need due process to remove you from my premises.

But that's the law. You're advocating one party obey the law but not the government itself.

I think it's a pretty low standard to say it's "too heavenly" to oppose concentration camps for paper work crimes.

It is the law, signed in by John Adams, his very own self.

“Concentration camps”
“Paper work crimes”

Gotta simply be trolling at this point.

Like most everything else on the internet….. I don’t believe this
I chuckled when I first saw it because there's so much wrong with it. No name or relevancy at all to what he's talking about. But then I realized that dude may have been the gang's stylist. Perhaps gave the gang post-massacre mani pedis. You have to hit the gangs where it will hurt. TdA doesn't realize what they've lost yet. And I totally believe this.

The validity of an asylum claim (one that you clearly believe to be false since you’re upset they were taken to a different country) can be assessed while the person is outside the US.

99.9% of these should be thrown out before ever making it anywhere near trial.

America cannot legally deport those here illegally without going through the courts?

as a variation of the phrase i shared earlier, what about this as a standard? You're too idealistic to be realistic.

Actually, they have a few types of due process or opportunities, as specified by the government in their response.

I'd understand if the result were sending them back to Venezuela, but we're going a million steps further and doing Fascist stuff.

Than why are they here? It would seem like all this fascist stuff is what they desire as they are here willingly.

Why is it not realistic to handle deportations like we've always handled them? I don't understand that part.

The other part I truly do not understand is why a prison camp in El Salvador? There is nothing too high-minded or heavenly about opposing that. There is a need to deport people. There is no need to send them into forced labor where they get treated like dogs.

You mean the process that wasn’t working? You’re asking why we are not continuing that process?

He claimed asylum. Meaning he claims to be unsafe in his home country. So he was sent to a different country.

That's the problem with the Trump haters in a nutshell. Anything different than the status quo (EVEN IF THE STATUS QUO DOESN'T WORK) is an affront to "democracy".

Yeah.

Dumb storytime, but on my mission I had a joke I always told that EVERYBODY got because no matter what Latin country you are from, you knew this story. The punchline was 10 years into the future there was a guy still protesting "Free Elian Gonzalez" and it's because he was the Elian Gonzalez. Stupid, but always got a laugh.

That is a great example of when I think a court hearing is necessary for an immigration issue.
Again, if the person is here illegally, I want that addressed first and then they can go through the legal and proper channels. They didn't do that before they came here.
