It's more likely being ballyhooed as a seismic shift in mindset withing the government, to a public who if fed up with the stupid fringe insanity dictating public policy and spending our hard-earned money disfiguring mentally ill people instead of treating their mental illness.I just meant that it's being ballyhooed as some MAJOR savings when, in reality, it is a tiny fraction of a miniscule pittance of the whole.
You know how to eat an elephant? One small bite at a time.
That's a big assumption though. The Left: "You MAGA rubes will fall for anything. You thought Trump would save you trillions, and all he has done is save you anywhere from a few hundred million into the billions. SUCKERS!"
The Right: "Every 100 billion saved puts $1,000 back in the pocket of every taxpaying citizen."
The Left: (whispering) "maga!"
I am anxiously awaiting the savings to appear in the actual budget. The Left: "You MAGA rubes will fall for anything. You thought Trump would save you trillions, and all he has done is save you anywhere from a few hundred million into the billions. SUCKERS!"

Assuming we agree on that, when was the last time a President went down this path in an attempt to reduce spending without being forced by Congress (Newt)?I just meant that it's being ballyhooed as some MAJOR savings when, in reality, it is a tiny fraction of a miniscule pittance of the whole.
Truth be told, that's how @swampfoxfan does it too.I hire a few Mexicans to carry it for about $.08 a mile.
Obama (The Anointed One) tried it once back in 2011. He put Joe in charge who didn'tHopefully we can agree that the Federal government is too big and spending needs to be reduced.
