To each their own. I have really sensitive custom rods (twss) and I use 20lb power pro braid tied to 20lb Seaguar blue label fluoro leader using an FG knot. I also use a loop knot on everything. I can feel every little kick of a paddle tail and have caught a ton of fish setting the hook on a very subtle bite that I wouldn't feel with mono. I wouldn't use anything else inshore...I don't have the patience for fly fishing. As for cutting braid, I bought a little pair of scissors just for braid several years ago and they work perfectly as does the cutters on the side of my fishing pliers.
Fly fishing.

Will even tie mono leaders.

I will used braided for live bait.

I get it though, just not my go too.

Wish I knew anything about fishing. Sounds like a great way to indulge in my cigars and bourbon without the wife kiboshing the sitch. 😒

Es expensivo.

My issue is I despise golf. Like, loathe it.

Would play tennis, basketball, or baseball in any controlled, unathletic environment.

Or sit on the couch.

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t really care if Nashville gets an MLB team. I’ve been a Braves fan for so long that it wouldn’t change anything for me. Besides, most Tennesseans already root for the Braves, Cardinals, Yankees, Cubs, or Dodgers. I think bringing an MLB team to Tennessee would be a waste.

Oh I will ALWAYS be a die hard Dodgers fan but I believe some would change their favorite team to a in-state MLB team. @peaygolf already stated a few months ago he would drop the Yankees in a moment for a team in Nashville...

Same here. Been a Braves fan since 1982. I'd add Reds to teams Tennesseeans root for. There's a bunch of them in NE Tennessee..

"Reds"

Should be named the Tennessee Miners. That way we can have the Oilers and Miners.

* As far as my Boston gif, substitute the Packers for the Patriots and you've got my favorite pro sports teams. (I will admit...... The Pats are my favorite AFC team. 🤫)

He didn’t just lift weights. He was known to do training with special forces teams or at least the people who train them. I’m not really go to say someone did or didn’t, but the PGA has tested for it for a long time. He was always huge into his fitness, to his detriment.
PGA didn’t start testing for PEDs until 2008 - after the HGH wave that swept professional sports.

Go look at pictures of Tiger from 1997. Then go look at pictures from 2005 or 2007 - it’s like Barry Bonds 2.0

Maybe it was just coincidence that he was cavorting with HGH doctors and trainers during the HGH era.

I mean there’s no reason to believe he would lie and cheat about anything.

A little tidbit, about 15 years ago a friend of mine whom had a few dollars was approached about investing in bring a team to Nashville. As he explained to me, it was when Toronto was having trouble and they were talking of moving and Nashville was one of the places they or MLB was interested in. They wanted an AL Division team so that it wouldn't effect the NL market of the surrounding area. The one thing that got his attention was the fact that they would still be in the AL East so the Yankees, Red Sox and the other AL would be regulars games and the Brave, Reds and Cubs would be the inter league games at first. The deal never really developed after the initial talks.
