No it's not decreasing spending and just continues what Biden had. The cuts they've been bragging about are not being put in place with this

I saw the net increase but there are cuts...it's not a great CR at all...he should have pushed for more...I'm not sure it passes...Dems seem worried about the vagueness allowing cuts to certain programs that won't be able to be challenged in court according to CNN

The only reason Trump is attacking Massie is that the congressman had the balls to vote against this abomination of a spending bill. As with everything, Trump took that as a personal attack. This is no different from 2020 when Massie was the lone voice in Congress pointing out the absurdity of the CARES Act. Trump, who supported the bill, attacked Massie and called for him to be primaried.
